About "Turenne"

On the 1th July 1611, Henri de la Tour d'Auvergne, Vicomte (nobility title) de Turenne, was born in Sedan. In service from France, he's become famous on the battlefields from the Rhin to the Pyrénées, from the Alpes to l'Escaut.
He was celebrate for his genius, his good-tempered, his nice spirit and his military science. The Marshal of Turenne died in Sasbach on 27th July 1675
